Toledo PAL is a non-profit, delinquency prevention program that relies heavily on athletics. This positive influence can counter the gang influence, substance abuse and potential violence that can occur in the under-serviced areas of our community.
The Toledo Police Department's PAL program promotes mutual respect between the police and Toledo's youth through various athletic and recreational activities. With the help of volunteers and several agencies; baseball, boxing, volleyball, soccer, scale modeling, Judo, and tutoring are offered to children who may not otherwise be able to participate
